Černý (tmavý) čínský čaj z provincie An-chuej, podobný tradičnímu Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo původně vymezené oblasti. Tradičně lisován/pěchován do 250g bambusových košů (Sun Qiao).Čaj je v košíku vystlán a obalen širokolistým bambusem (Ruo Ye), používaným v tradiční čínské medicíně. Je doporučeno čaj připravovat spolu s malými částmi obalového bambusoveho listu.Nálev jiskřivé, oranžovo-žluté barvy má intenzivní ovocné aroma s jemnou bylinnou stopou. Chuť je osvěžující, plná, sytě ovocná s pozvolně sládnoucím dozvukem.
Bai Mu Dan Xiao Fang

Hong Kong 2006 Yi Wu
Čaj byl skladován v přirozeně vlhkém skladu v Hongkongu (Gang Cang), takže je znatelně zralejší, než jiné čaje stejného věku. Vůně je kvalitní "skladová" - tzn. je cítit mokré dřevo, zemitost, houby, avšak beze stop nepříjemné zatuchlosti nebo plísní. Chuť je výrazně "mokrá" - zemitá, ve které dominují tóny dřeva a hub, zabalené do hladké sladkosti. Přesto má čaj střední plnost. Doporučujeme milovníkům "zemitých" puerů.
Lao Shou Mei 2013
Shou Mei, v Čechách také znám pod překladem 'Obočí dlouhého věku' - základní třída bílého čaje.Tento jsme však nechali 10 let zrát v našem skladu. Barva listů je více hnědá, jsou bohatě ochmýřené, sem tam lze najít i pár silných tipsů. Nálev také ztmavl - nyní sytě oranžově-žlutavé barvy s typickou "medicinální" vůní a chutí - težší kořeněnou bylinností a lehkou ovocností s velmi výrazným sladkým aftertastem, který trvá a trvá.
Long Jing #43
Podle tradičního čínského nazírání má pravý Long Jing mít čtyři vlastnosti (nebo čtyři poklady) - jasně zelenou barvu, hustou vůni, nasycenou chuť a nádherný tvar.Abyste si lépe vychutnali nejen chuť, ale také vzhled tohoto proslulého čaje, doporučujeme použít k přípravě skleněné konvičky či vysoké sklenice. Yunnan Bai Mu Dan

Yunnan Da Ye
Yunnan Hong Cha [jun-nan hong ča] - Basic and most common Chinese red tea. In China, all middle-class red teas from Yunnan belong to this group. The only condition is the production of teas from the Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, ie a large-leaved variety of the Yunnan tea tree. The higher the proportion of golden tips, the higher the tea, the smoothness is less welcome - it means a higher drying temperature and thus faster tea production.The color of the infusion is orange-red to light brown, the tea smells like prunes, the taste is full, massive, when properly prepared, it is not bitter at all, aftertaste is significantly sweet to honey. Excellent tea for a great price.
Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong
"Lapsang Souchong", or "smoked tea". A traditional, handmade tea specialty from the Wu Yi Mountains of Fujian Province. Infusion very pleasant and strong, smooth, noble smoky taste with tones of dried fruit. The aroma of pine wood and needles, typical and desirable for this tea, is fully represented and harmoniously combines with the character of the tea as a whole, from which one can already recognize the authenticity and traditional production process.

Gunpowder
Gunpowder in the West, Zhu Cha (pearl tea) in China. It is an important export item, although it is not very popular in China itself. It is popular in the West due to its shape - the leaves are wrapped in small granules, which makes more tea reminiscent of gunpowder. Thanks to this, this tea is resistant to aging and absorption of odors (it is better transported). The infusion is yellow-green in color, tastes very strong and quite bitter, but contains a lot of healthy nutrients as well as other green teas, including tea polyphenols, zinc, flavonoids and fluoride. It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".
Hua Cha White King
"White King"-Jasmine tea is produced in many provinces in China and is very popular (especially in the north of the country). The tea can be dried with jasmine and its odor can be absorbed, or the jasmine can be added directly to the tea. In this way, the tea acquires the aroma of jasmine, but still retains its original taste. Jasmine tea is light and pleasant. "White King" itself is a relatively high-quality green tea with rich fluff, but the addition of jasmine further improves its quality.
The white king we provide is mixed with fresh autumn jasmine in a ratio of 4:1 (gradually use 4 kg of jasmine per 1 kg of tea).

Lung Ching Xi Hu Superior
The upper class of the well-known & popular "Dragon Wells of the West Lake" (which has a total of 13 different quality classes). Authentic Lung Ching is supposed to be processed only by hand, which requires a lot of skill and time, and thus increases the price of tea.However, the quality of such tea corresponds to the price. Dragon wells of higher varieties give a crystal clear drink of a tender emerald color with an aroma as dense as orchids and a fresh saturated taste with fruit tones.
Maocha 2020
Green (sheng) pu-erh or even better maocha from the southern areas of Yunnan. Large leaves (Da Ye) smell thin and very fresh. Tea has traditionally been dried in the sun, without accelerated modern drying in the oven, and therefore does not contain the slightest hint of unpleasant smoked.The taste is very delicate, sweet and, unlike classic green pu-erhas, it doesn't even have many fruity tones. You will find in it rather light sweetness and freshness, floral tones and long-lasting gentle aftertaste.

Oproti jasmínovým čajům prodávaným v běžných obchodech nemá tak výrazné aroma. Jasmín spíše podtrhuje čajové tóny, ale nepřehlušuje je. Čaj chutná nasládle, ale hlavní chuť je spíše květinová. Dá se připravit na více nálevů, pokud postupně zvyšujeme teplotu.
