„Smaragdová orchidej“ - jarní zelený čaj z první sklizně, vyráběný z divoce rostoucích čajovníků z oblasti národního lesního parku Shennongjia.
Sklízí se pouze jednou ročně na jaře a používá se standard jeden pupen se dvěma jemnými, právě rozvíjejícími se lístky.
Čaj je zpracováván tradiční metodou výroby zeleného čaje a prochází několika kroky: zavadání, rolování, tvarování, první sušení, třídění vzduchem, prosévání a závěrečné pražení.
Název „Cui Lan“ odkazuje na jadeitově zelené suché lístky a aroma připomínající orchideje rozkvétající v odlehlém horském údolí.
Nálev v sobě nese čistou a svěží esenci pralesů Shennongjia i živou energii horské divočiny.
Bi Luo Chun
"Green Snail Springtime" - Very fine green tea that needs to be picked in early spring, as soon as the first tender leaves appear, as the contents of amino acids and tea phenols is highest. The tea must be processed on the same day as it was picked. And the whole process (picking, drying and rolling) must be completed by night.Bi Luo Chun has seven different classes of quality - the lower the class, the larger the leaves and vice versa. For higher grades, the drying temperature used is lower and the leaf handling more careful. The aroma of dry tea is indescribable, almost honey like, the leaves are twisted into miniature, richly haired spirals. The infusion has a slightly emerald color with a full, yet very fresh taste.
Lu Bao Shi
Yunnan Mao Jian 2026

Lu Xue Ya

Tea can be prepared only in relatively cold water. The leaching time must then be extended to at least 7 minutes. You can easily prepare a delicious and refreshing 'ice tea' on hot summer days.
Gunpowder
Gunpowder in the West, Zhu Cha (pearl tea) in China. It is an important export item, although it is not very popular in China itself. It is popular in the West due to its shape - the leaves are wrapped in small granules, which makes more tea reminiscent of gunpowder. Thanks to this, this tea is resistant to aging and absorption of odors (it is better transported). The infusion is yellow-green in color, tastes very strong and quite bitter, but contains a lot of healthy nutrients as well as other green teas, including tea polyphenols, zinc, flavonoids and fluoride. It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".

Fu Ding Matcha
