Meng Hai 2007 Tuocha 100g

Tuocha 沱茶 denotes Pu'er pressed into the shape of a nest or bowl. It is one of the basic shapes into which Pu'er is traditionally pressed. The package usually consists of 5 pieces wrapped in bamboo or paper. However, the usual traditional weight is 250g in recent years, and due to the increased interest in Pu'er and its higher exports, smaller nests can usually be found, usually weighing 100g or 50g. However, these small nests are not commonly available on the Chinese market because there is no demand for them.

Kvalitní jasmínové aroma vydrží dlouho po dopití čaje. Skleněné nádobí nabídne krásný pohled na rozvíjející se kuličky. Dávají zelinkavě svěží a silně aromatický nápoj silné chuti jasmínu snoubeného s jemným zeleným čajem.Nálev má světlou barvu. Oproti jasmínovým čajům prodávaným v běžných obchodech nemá tak výrazné aroma. Jasmín spíše podtrhuje čajové tóny, ale nepřehlušuje je. Čaj chutná nasládle, ale hlavní chuť je spíše květinová. Dá se připravit na více nálevů, pokud postupně zvyšujeme teplotu.

Rou Gui King

"Cinnamon King from Wuyi Mountain"-Compared with other more famous cliff oolong (rock tea), it is a relatively young oolong (more than a century). According to experts, cinnamon tea has the fragrance of cinnamon flower and a long aftertaste.

The selected varieties provided are more refreshing than the medium grade, and the smell of baking is lighter. The aroma has slight acidity and freshness, with a refreshing aftertaste, with a hint of apricot.

Teanet 2012 Cha Tou Zhuan Cha 250g

Infusion of deep red color and sweet aroma. The taste is creamy smooth and yet full, complex, pleasantly refreshing and sweet with long-lasting for many, many infusions.For production, they were used for the production of pu'er of our edition from Wu Liang Shan 2012. In this case, they were more strongly steamed before compression and only then compressed. As a result, it is almost impossible to recognize the original 'tea heads' used for pressing. On the other hand, we get the maximum out of tea, because cha usually does not disintegrate on their own even after many pours.

Tie Luo Han

"Iron arhat"-is one of the most famous rock tea in Wu Yi Shan area.

The dry leaves are dark in color and have a toasted and dark chocolate flavor. During the brewing process, the leaves are dark green. The tea soup is darker in color, balanced in taste, with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste, with a distinct floral fragrance. After the last cup of drinking, the floral-like sweetness lasts for a long time.
