Wu Liang Shan 2015 Ping Cha 357g

Pressed large dark pu-erh cake (shupu) originating from Wu Liang Shan mountain produced in 2015.Full and smooth, pleasantly sweet with the typical taste profile of Wu Liang Shan mountain (well known from our own production of a whole range of pu-erh from 2012). In addition, here we find a hint of nuts and walnut shells typical of other areas.The infusion of dark red color smells delicately fruity. The taste is markedly sweet, dense and round with a sweetening aftertaste on the palate. Pleasant dark pu-erh with the potential for further maturation.

Yi Wu Mansa 2019 Gushu Maocha

Premium maocha from the leaves of wild old tea trees. Very strong and fresh with a hint of peaches or apricots and tones of fruit flowers. In the end with a sweet taste which gradually deepens and develops.The tea has enormous strength, lasts many infusions (you can boldly enjoy it throughout the day) and therefore has great potential for further maturation. Yunnan Bai Lan Ye Sheng

"White Orchid" - white tea made from wild/uncultivated tea trees in the Lan Cang area of Yunnan.The color of the infusion is sparkling green-yellow, the aroma is herbal, slightly fruity. The taste is fresh and smooth, full, sweet herbal with hints of fruit. Aftertaste long, sweet taste.

Yunnan Cui Ming

"Green Spring" - a higher variety of green tea from Yunnan from the early harvest, full of spring energy.Medium-sized, regularly twisted leaf. A large proportion of petals combined with a bud and two apical petals. It comes from one of the ecologically cleanest Yunnan tea plantations.Infusion of light yellow color and fresh aroma with a slightly spicy floral-fruit component, which finally sweetens on the palate and lets a pleasantly sweet aftertaste fade away.

Chinese Jujube (zao)

Dried and thinly sliced Chinese dates. Pleasant sweetness, reminiscent of dried apples.

Chinese dates can be eaten directly, brewed or used in cooking.

Big-leaf holly (ku ding) is one of many holly trees (Paraguay, sharp-leaved, serrated, canary, precise, round, Altacraren, blue). It is an evergreen tree with a height of 20m. The leaves are green and uneven. The fruit is red and spherical. It has an anti-inflammatory, calming liver. It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Lycium Chinense (goji)

Fresh, only lightly dried Lycium chinense (goji, wolfberries), which has been used throughout China for centuries.

The shape is a bit like raisins, the taste of the fruit is sweet with a slightly sour aftertaste.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and among ordinary Chinese, goji is considered an indispensable food supplement. It is known for its benefits to the human body, both in young and old age. No negative side effects are known.
