Huang Zhi Xiang

Jin Jun Mei
"Golden eyebrows" - completely hand-processed tip red tea from a fine spring harvest. A smaller, even leaf with a noticeable proportion of golden tips gives off a malty, spicy aroma, after pouring, stronger chocolate tones with a touch of honey come to the fore. The tea is full and sweet chocolate flavor with hints of exotic spices.
Jin Xuan Nai Xiang
"Golden flower with a milky scent" - tea of bright yellow and pure infusion color (Western tea testers refer to it as 'amber'), the aroma is caramel-milk, yet tea-fresh.The taste is soft, warm and pleasant with a 'memory of milk' - one that gives the impression of sweet condensed milk and childhood memories.
Keemun Mao Feng
"Qimen Mao Feng" or "Qimen Fur Peak " - the top class of Keemun, the highest level in our offer. Unlike the lower classes, the leaves are not processed by machine but exclusively by hand. This makes the infusion cleaner and more balanced.The taste is thin, fresh with a very pleasant and long aftertaste. Flower and fruit tones, lightly chocolate, are significantly represented.The dry leaf is long, thin, slightly twisted. Multi-infusion tea more than suitable for preparation in the style of Gong Fu Cha.
Lung Ching Shi Feng
"Lion's Top Dragon Well" - According to traditional Chinese view, the true Long Jing is supposed to have four characteristics (or four treasures) - a bright green color, a dense aroma, a saturated taste and a beautiful shape.Our Shi Feng has all these qualities in abundance. To better enjoy not only the taste, but also the look of this famous tea, we recommend using a glass teapot or tall glass to prepare it. The tea is watered with water around 80-85 ° C. Tea should be handled with care, it is better to prepare it softer to maintain its delicate rich aroma.
Lung Ching Xi Hu
"Dragon Well from West Lake". Lake 'Xi Hu' is located near Hangzhou in eastern China. The monastery plantations around it were known from the time of the Classical Book of Tea by Lu Yüe (758 AD).Lung Ching belongs to spring teas and the best collection comes from the same period. The process of sorting, drying and roasting should be followed exactly for the production of real Lung Ching. The tea has flat leaves, a strong aroma and is sweet and beautifully fragrant in the infusion.
Meng Ding Mao Feng
"Fluffy peaks of the Meng Ding Mountains" as can be translated the name 'mao feng', popular and used for many teas. It is usually used to emphasize the quality of the leaf used, when the hairy tops - buds and leaves - are abundant.Dark green, larger, regularly twisted leaf with a strong, sweet aroma. In the cup, it develops in a full, strong taste with slightly fruity, fresh undertones with an aromatic and long-lasting aftertaste.
Meng Ding Yu Ye Zhang Chun
"Long spring jade leaves" - Tiny flat leaves from a fine harvest - only a bud and a leaf.When dry, it smells wonderfully fresh and fresh of spring herbs or flowering meadows. The taste is uplifting, sparkling and slightly spicy. Aftertaste gets on the palate. Fresh light tea, ideal for enjoying spring.
Meng Hai 2007 Tuocha 100g
Tuocha 沱茶 denotes Pu'er pressed into the shape of a nest or bowl. It is one of the basic shapes into which Pu'er is traditionally pressed. The package usually consists of 5 pieces wrapped in bamboo or paper. However, the usual traditional weight is 250g in recent years, and due to the increased interest in Pu'er and its higher exports, smaller nests can usually be found, usually weighing 100g or 50g. However, these small nests are not commonly available on the Chinese market because there is no demand for them.

Pai Mu Tan King
"Royal White Peony" - an excellent class of traditional white tea. The mark of high quality is the natural shape of the leaves, deep, shiny gray-green color and a large proportion of 'bai hao' - white hairs (from tips).The color of the infusion is yellowish-amber, the aroma is floral, reminiscent of the peony. Shou Mee
Shou Mee, also known in the Czech Republic under the translation 'Eyebrows of a long age' - the basic class of white tea. Large yellow-green to light brown richly downy leaves, there are also a few thick leaves. Infusion of deep orange-yellow color with a typical aroma and taste of white teas - slightly herbal spicy to fruity with a strong aftertaste.
Si Ji Chun
"Spring all year round" - The aroma of dry tea is strong and deep, the infusion smells wonderful, very distinctive but clean and gentle. Song Luo
Traditionally processed green tea directly from the famous Song Luo mountain in its higher elevations. The dark green even leaf curled into fine looser balls gives off a slightly smoked pleasant aroma. The color of the infusion is yellowish sparkling and completely transparent. The taste of the tea is very full, only lightly and very pleasantly smoked and yet very fresh and light as a breeze.

Yue Guang Bai “White Moonlight”
"White moonlight" - known as 'white pu-erh' - a special green (sheng) pu-erh with a difference in processing, where the leaves are allowed to fade at night after harvest, instead of in the sun, as is usual in maocha. A large proportion of dull silvery, large hairy tips gives the tea an attractive appearance.The color of the infusion is yellowish and smells mostly of herbs with a little fruit. The taste is sweet, very complex and develops with each subsequent infusion, with a bit of bitterness gradually appearing and encouraging the distinctive flavors typical of green (sheng) pu-erhas.
Yunnan Bai Mu Dan
„Bílá pivoňka“ – známkou vysoké kvality je přirozený tvar listů, hluboká, lesklá šedozelená barva a velký podíl ‚bai hao‘ – bílých chloupků z tipsů.Barva nálevu je žlutavě-jantarová, vůně květinová. Chuť hladká a zároveň plná, kulatá. Aftertaste dlouhý, příjemně sladký. Čaj stačí luhovat jen krátce, nálevů vydrží mnoho.
Yunnan Da Ye
Yunnan Hong Cha [jun-nan hong ča] - Basic and most common Chinese red tea. In China, all middle-class red teas from Yunnan belong to this group. The only condition is the production of teas from the Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, ie a large-leaved variety of the Yunnan tea tree. The higher the proportion of golden tips, the higher the tea, the smoothness is less welcome - it means a higher drying temperature and thus faster tea production.The color of the infusion is orange-red to light brown, the tea smells like prunes, the taste is full, massive, when properly prepared, it is not bitter at all, aftertaste is significantly sweet to honey. Excellent tea for a great price.
Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong
"Lapsang Souchong", or "smoked tea". A traditional, handmade tea specialty from the Wu Yi Mountains of Fujian Province. Infusion very pleasant and strong, smooth, noble smoky taste with tones of dried fruit. The aroma of pine wood and needles, typical and desirable for this tea, is fully represented and harmoniously combines with the character of the tea as a whole, from which one can already recognize the authenticity and traditional production process.
Chun Mee Special
Chun Mee - "Rare eyebrows". Small to medium-sized leaves are slightly rolled into the shape of arches resembling eyebrows.The color of the dry leaf is gray-green, the infusion is yellow and the taste is pronounced with sweet tones, it suffers during longer leaching. One of the basic green teas for everyday life.
Gunpowder
Gunpowder in the West, Zhu Cha (pearl tea) in China. It is an important export item, although it is not very popular in China itself. It is popular in the West due to its shape - the leaves are wrapped in small granules, which makes more tea reminiscent of gunpowder. Thanks to this, this tea is resistant to aging and absorption of odors (it is better transported). The infusion is yellow-green in color, tastes very strong and quite bitter, but contains a lot of healthy nutrients as well as other green teas, including tea polyphenols, zinc, flavonoids and fluoride. It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".
Hua Cha White King
"White King"-Jasmine tea is produced in many provinces in China and is very popular (especially in the north of the country). The tea can be dried with jasmine and its odor can be absorbed, or the jasmine can be added directly to the tea. In this way, the tea acquires the aroma of jasmine, but still retains its original taste. Jasmine tea is light and pleasant. "White King" itself is a relatively high-quality green tea with rich fluff, but the addition of jasmine further improves its quality.
The white king we provide is mixed with fresh autumn jasmine in a ratio of 4:1 (gradually use 4 kg of jasmine per 1 kg of tea).
