Anhui An Cha 2019 Mao Jian

Černý (hei cha, tmavý) čínský čaj z provincie An-chuej, podobný tradičnímu Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo původně vymezené oblasti.Nálev jiskřivé, oranžovo-žluté barvy má intenzivní ovocné aroma s jemnou bylinnou stopou. Chuť je osvěžující, plná, sytě ovocná s pozvolně sládnoucím dozvukem.Čaj je v dóze spolu se širokým bambusovým listem (Ruo Ye), používaným v tradiční čínské medicíně. Je doporučeno čaj připravovat spolu s malými částmi bambusoveho listu.

Anhui An Cha 2023

Černý (tmavý) čínský čaj z provincie An-chuej, podobný tradičnímu Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo původně vymezené oblasti. Tradičně lisován/pěchován do 500g bambusových košíků (Sun Qiao).Čaj je v košíku vystlán a obalen širokolistým bambusem (Ruo Ye), používaným v tradiční čínské medicíně. Je doporučeno čaj připravovat spolu s malými částmi obalového bambusoveho listu.Nálev jiskřivé, oranžovo-žluté barvy má intenzivní ovocné aroma s jemnou bylinnou stopou. Chuť je osvěžující, plná, sytě ovocná s pozvolně sládnoucím dozvukem.

Shou Mei, v Čechách také znám pod překladem 'Obočí dlouhého věku' - základní třída bílého čaje.Tento jsme však nechali 10 let zrát v našem skladu. Barva listů je více hnědá, jsou bohatě ochmýřené, sem tam lze najít i pár silných tipsů. Yue Guang Bai “White Moonlight”

Rou Gui King
