Vynikající pu-erh vyrobený na podzim roku 2006. Precizně zpracovaný tmavý (shu) pu-erh z velmi kvalitní nemíchané maocha. Vůně čaje je tenká, svěží, připomínající sladké čínské datle a zralé ovoce. Nálev je syté, plné chuti se sladkými mléčnými až čokoládovitými tóny. V čaji chybí jakékoli známky zatuchlosti, trpkosti či kouřovitosti, jež jsou příznačné pro mladé a hlavně nekvalitně zpracované pu-erhy.Vynikající, velmi svébytný čaj. Malý koláč zeleného (sheng) pu-erhu naší produkce pod značkou Orijin.Žlutý nálev jiskřivé barvy a čerstvé vůně s plnou, ovocně nasládlou a svěžě říznou chutí se sládnoucím aftertastem.Čaj má v sobě znatelnou sílu, vydrží mnoho nálevů (můžete jej směle vychutnávat během celého dne) a má slušný potenciál k dalšímu zrání.
Xiao Qing Gan 2009
Xiao Qing Gan - doslova "malá zelená mandarinka". Vyrábí se z nezralých citrusů - po vydlabání dužiny se kůra naplní sypaným tmavým pu-erhem a dále se nechávají zrát společně.Tímto procesem se přenese přírodní aroma a chuť mandarinky na čajové lístky, což čaji dává unikátní osvěžující charakter.Snoubí voňavé ovocné aroma se sladkým čajovým aroma. Nálev je světle-červený, hutný, působí hladce se svěží sladkostí v závěru. Yunnan Bai Mu Dan
„Bílá pivoňka“ – známkou vysoké kvality je přirozený tvar listů, hluboká, lesklá šedozelená barva a velký podíl ‚bai hao‘ – bílých chloupků z tipsů.Barva nálevu je žlutavě-jantarová, vůně květinová. Chuť hladká a zároveň plná, kulatá. Aftertaste dlouhý, příjemně sladký. Čaj stačí luhovat jen krátce, nálevů vydrží mnoho.
Yunnan Da Ye
Yunnan Hong Cha [jun-nan hong ča] - Basic and most common Chinese red tea. In China, all middle-class red teas from Yunnan belong to this group. The only condition is the production of teas from the Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, ie a large-leaved variety of the Yunnan tea tree. The higher the proportion of golden tips, the higher the tea, the smoothness is less welcome - it means a higher drying temperature and thus faster tea production.The color of the infusion is orange-red to light brown, the tea smells like prunes, the taste is full, massive, when properly prepared, it is not bitter at all, aftertaste is significantly sweet to honey. Excellent tea for a great price.
Hua Cha White King
"White King"-Jasmine tea is produced in many provinces in China and is very popular (especially in the north of the country). The tea can be dried with jasmine and its odor can be absorbed, or the jasmine can be added directly to the tea. In this way, the tea acquires the aroma of jasmine, but still retains its original taste. Jasmine tea is light and pleasant. "White King" itself is a relatively high-quality green tea with rich fluff, but the addition of jasmine further improves its quality.
The white king we provide is mixed with fresh autumn jasmine in a ratio of 4:1 (gradually use 4 kg of jasmine per 1 kg of tea).

The infusion is rich, full of flavor with sweet nutty to chocolate tones.The tea lacks any signs of stale, bitterness or smokyness, which are characteristic of young and especially poorly processed dark Pu'er.
