Da Xue Shan 大雪山 se nachází v provincii Yunnan v jihozápadní Číně, oblasti proslulé biodiverzitou a starodávnými čajovými stromy (gushu). Vysoká nadmořská výška (až 3500 m n. m.), chladné podnebí a časté mlhy zpomalují růst čajových lístků, což podporuje koncentraci aroma a komplexitu chutí. Minerálně bohatá půda a čisté životní prostředí dodávají čaji jedinečnou „horskou“ svěžest. Čaje pochází z mixu přirozeně rostoucích čajových stromů o stáří cca 30 – 300 let.
Da Xue Shan
Svěží zelený čaj z výše položených zahrad (2000 m n.m.) slavné hory Da Xue Shan . Stejnoměrný volně kroucený list světle až tmavozelné barvy s bílými tipsy.
Suchý list květinové vůně s nádechem mladé trávy a lehkou sladkostí připomínající med nebo čerstvé ovoce.
Jemná hladká chuť se stopami bambusových výhonků doplněná minerální svěžestí a sladkou dochutí. V nálevu lze nalézt i typické kaštanové tóny a lehkou kořenitost.
