Shennongjia: nacházející se v západní části provincie Hubei v Číně, je biosférickou rezervací UNESCO a lokalitou světového dědictví UNESCO, často nazývanou „střecha střední Číny“. Čajovníky použité pro výrobu čajů z této oblasti nejsou pěstovány na plantážích – jde o divoce rostoucí staré čajovníky roztroušené v prapůvodních lesích v nadmořských výškách nad 700 metrů. Oblast je po celý rok zahalena mlhou a oblaky a vyznačuje se výraznými rozdíly mezi denními a nočními teplotami. Vegetace zde přechází od subtropické přes mírné pásmo až po chladnomilnou horskou flóru. Půda je kamenitá a vznikla zvětráváním žuly. Čajovníky zde žijí v přirozené symbióze s okolním lesem, bez použití hnojiv či pesticidů. Díky tomu vzniká jedinečné „terroirové aroma“ – charakteristický „horský charakter“.
Hubei Mu Dan
“Pivoňka z Hubei” – bílý čaj vyráběný tradiční metodou – lístky se nejprve nechávají přirozeně zavadnout na slunci a poté se pečlivě dosušují. Lístky pocházejí z malostromové, přirozeně se vyskytující variety čajovníku rostoucího divoce v téměř nepřístupné lokalitě provincie Hubei.
Je charakteristický rovnoměrnými lístky a výraznými tipsy s dobře viditelným stříbřitým ochmýřením a také podmanivou, svěží a povznášející orchidejovou vůní.
Nálev je čirý, jasné světle mandlové barvy. Chuť je květinově sladká, doprovázená dlouhotrvajícím aftertastem. Tento čaj vyniká také dlouhou výdrží při opakovaném zalévání.

Hua Cha White King
"White King"-Jasmine tea is produced in many provinces in China and is very popular (especially in the north of the country). The tea can be dried with jasmine and its odor can be absorbed, or the jasmine can be added directly to the tea. In this way, the tea acquires the aroma of jasmine, but still retains its original taste. Jasmine tea is light and pleasant. "White King" itself is a relatively high-quality green tea with rich fluff, but the addition of jasmine further improves its quality.
The white king we provide is mixed with fresh autumn jasmine in a ratio of 4:1 (gradually use 4 kg of jasmine per 1 kg of tea).
