“Green snow” is a relatively new type of tea, which began to be produced in 2003. Longitudinally rolled leaves have an emerald color and a fresh green aroma.
The emerald green infusion is full of dense, balanced and slightly baked taste in other infusions with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Tea can be prepared only in relatively cold water. The leaching time must then be extended to at least 7 minutes. You can easily prepare a delicious and refreshing ‘ice tea’ on hot summer days.
This year, we have expanded our network of suppliers to include organic gardens in Guangxi Province. Here we have selected a total of three different places with an exceptional ratio of production quality and price.
Guangxi teas are generally stronger and more pronounced in taste, so we recommend a smaller number of leaves than usual to prepare them, 4g / 200ml is enough, and for green teas about 75 ° C.
Big-leaf holly (ku ding) is one of many holly trees (Paraguay, sharp-leaved, serrated, canary, precise, round, Altacraren, blue). It is an evergreen tree with a height of 20m. The leaves are green and uneven. The fruit is red and spherical. It has an anti-inflammatory, calming liver. It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
"Snow Falling on Jade-Green Pool" - a beautifully poetic name hides a high-quality green tea from the early spring harvest from Mount Meng Ding which was richly scented with the best autumn jasmine, even in a ratio of 5: 1 (5 kg of jasmine flowers were used per 1 kg of tea).
Jasmine flowers are also abundant in the tea itself (although they no longer add other aromas - they have an aesthetic effect and give meaning to the poetic name of the tea).
The tea is a distinctly jasmine-sweet fruit flavor with a rich aroma that lasts for many pours.
An excellent tea with a traditional but not very tempting name - "The smell of duck droppings". The tea itself has one of the most amazing aromas that Dan Cong type teas can offer - delicious and full at the same time, charming, reminiscent of rice flowers, smooth and very sweet with complex floral tones and a long-fading aftertaste.
