The tea was compressed in the spring of 2016 from already fermented material from Ai Lao Shan from the production of 2010. The monkey on the packaging reflects the sign of the Chinese horoscope for this year (fire monkey).

Big-leaf holly (ku ding) is one of many holly trees (Paraguay, sharp-leaved, serrated, canary, precise, round, Altacraren, blue). It is an evergreen tree with a height of 20m.
