Anhui An Cha 2019 Mao Jian

Černý (hei cha, tmavý) čínský čaj z provincie An-chuej, podobný tradičnímu Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo původně vymezené oblasti.

Nálev jiskřivé, oranžovo-žluté barvy má intenzivní ovocné aroma s jemnou bylinnou stopou. Chuť je osvěžující, plná, sytě ovocná s pozvolně sládnoucím dozvukem.

Čaj je v dóze spolu se širokým bambusovým listem (Ruo Ye), používaným v tradiční čínské medicíně. Je doporučeno čaj připravovat spolu s malými částmi bambusoveho listu.

An Cha 安茶: černý (tmavý) čaj, podobný čaji Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo kanonické oblasti.

Ruo Ye 箬叶: lat. Indocalamus tessellatus, je druh bambusu používaný v tradiční čínské medicíně (TCM). Patří do rodu Indocalamus a je původem z Asie, především z Číny. Charakteristický svými malými a úzkými listy, které jsou často sbírány a používány v TCM. Mladé výhonky bambusu jsou také využívány v kulinářství a jsou oblíbenou součástí tradiční čínské kuchyně. V tradiční čínské medicíně se Ruo Ye používá pro své účinky na ledviny a močový systém. Tento druh bambusu je považován za chladivý a mírně hořký, s vlastnostmi, které pomáhají posilovat ledviny, detoxikovat tělo, podporovat odvodnění a snižovat otoky.
