Shou Mei, v Čechách také znám pod překladem 'Obočí dlouhého věku' - základní třída bílého čaje.Tento jsme však nechali 10 let zrát v našem skladu. Barva listů je více hnědá, jsou bohatě ochmýřené, sem tam lze najít i pár silných tipsů. Nálev také ztmavl - nyní sytě oranžově-žlutavé barvy s typickou "medicinální" vůní a chutí - težší kořeněnou bylinností a lehkou ovocností s velmi výrazným sladkým aftertastem, který trvá a trvá.

Da Hong Pao

Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) - one of the best rock teas  (yancha) straight from the cradle of all oolongs - Wu Yi Shan. Teas grow on the region's numerous rocky cliffs, which, thanks to the local climate and stony soil, acquire special features that are later deepened by traditional processing.

Due to its unique properties and taste, Da Hong Pao is often referred to as the 'King of Teas'. The color of the leaves is dark brown, often with a charcoal luster. The taste is balanced, the aroma is strong but still soft and pleasant and aftertaste long and sweet.

Da Hong Pao Ji Pin

Rarity authentic tea from the main maternal cliff with a straight pattern leaf. A great gift for connoisseurs - the real 'King of Teas'.

Processed according to traditional methods completely by hand, dried in a charcoal oven. The dry leaves are relatively small, the same size, the color is green-black, the surface is as shiny as coal.

The tea soup is clear, bright with a deep orange. The aroma and penetration of the tea soup will make you feel as if you have tasted your first cup. The taste is deep and sweet. After brewing a few times, the tea leaves become bigger and greener, and you can see the rich fluff and feel silky. Green Monkey

Pai Mu Tan King

"Royal White Peony" - an excellent class of traditional white tea. The mark of high quality is the natural shape of the leaves, deep, shiny gray-green color and a large proportion of 'bai hao' - white hairs (from tips).The color of the infusion is yellowish-amber, the aroma is floral, reminiscent of the peony. Shou Mee

Shou Mee, also known in the Czech Republic under the translation 'Eyebrows of a long age' - the basic class of white tea. Large yellow-green to light brown richly downy leaves, there are also a few thick leaves. Infusion of deep orange-yellow color with a typical aroma and taste of white teas - slightly herbal spicy to fruity with a strong aftertaste.

Shui Xian Superior

'Narcissus from the Wu Yi Mountains' - one of the most famous cliff (yancha) oolongs. It is made from the cultivar of the same name, which is harvested in late spring.

The tea soup is brown-orange, with a strong aroma, a richer taste, and a fruity sweet aftertaste. For a given price, this is also a very delicious tea, thanks to its mass production.

 

Wu Yi Bai Cha Ye Sheng

Wu Yi Hong Cha

Slightly twisted, large, dark leaf with a delicate malt aroma, aromatic fruit after pouring.Golden-orange color, richly fruity, wildly sweet taste in many infusions.Processed from the wild (Ye Sheng) cultivar Qi Zhong 奇种.

Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong

"Lapsang Souchong", or "smoked tea". A traditional, handmade tea specialty from the Wu Yi Mountains of Fujian Province. Infusion very pleasant and strong, smooth, noble smoky taste with tones of dried fruit. The aroma of pine wood and needles, typical and desirable for this tea, is fully represented and harmoniously combines with the character of the tea as a whole, from which one can already recognize the authenticity and traditional production process.

Gunpowder

Gunpowder in the West, Zhu Cha (pearl tea) in China. It is an important export item, although it is not very popular in China itself. It is popular in the West due to its shape - the leaves are wrapped in small granules, which makes more tea reminiscent of gunpowder. Thanks to this, this tea is resistant to aging and absorption of odors (it is better transported). The infusion is yellow-green in color, tastes very strong and quite bitter, but contains a lot of healthy nutrients as well as other green teas, including tea polyphenols, zinc, flavonoids and fluoride. It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".

Moli Tai Mu Long Zhu

Moli Tai Mu Long Zhu (Jasmínové dračí perly). Těsně svinuté pravidelné kuličky z tipsů zeleného čaje, dochucené jasmínovým květem přidávaným v procesu sušení. Kvalitní jasmínové aroma vydrží dlouho po dopití čaje. Skleněné nádobí nabídne krásný pohled na rozvíjející se kuličky. Dávají zelinkavě svěží a silně aromatický nápoj silné chuti jasmínu snoubeného s jemným zeleným čajem.Nálev má světlou barvu. Oproti jasmínovým čajům prodávaným v běžných obchodech nemá tak výrazné aroma. Jasmín spíše podtrhuje čajové tóny, ale nepřehlušuje je. Čaj chutná nasládle, ale hlavní chuť je spíše květinová. Dá se připravit na více nálevů, pokud postupně zvyšujeme teplotu.

Bi Tan Piao Xue

„Sníh padající na nefritově zelené jezírko“ – krásně poetický název skrývá jemný zelený čaj z jarní sklizně z oblasti Ze Rong ve Fu-ťienu. Čaj byl ovoněn nejlepším podzimním jasmínem ve vysokém poměru 5:1 (na 1kg čaje bylo postupně použito 5kg jasmínových květů).Jasmínové květy jsou bohatě zastoupeny i v samotném čaji (přestože další aroma už nepřidávají – působí esteticky a dávají smysl poetickému jménu čaje).Čaj je výrazně jasmínově-nasládlé hebce ovocné chuti s bohatým aroma, které přetrvá mnoho zalití.
