Long Jing #43
Podle tradičního čínského nazírání má pravý Long Jing mít čtyři vlastnosti (nebo čtyři poklady) - jasně zelenou barvu, hustou vůni, nasycenou chuť a nádherný tvar.Abyste si lépe vychutnali nejen chuť, ale také vzhled tohoto proslulého čaje, doporučujeme použít k přípravě skleněné konvičky či vysoké sklenice. Čaj se zalívá vodou kolem 85 °C. Zacházet s čajem by se mělo opatrně, lepší je připravit jej jemnější pro zachování jeho syté vůně.

It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".

But during the Qing Dynasty, one of Hou Ken's tea growers was famous for his new tea, which he named "Hou Kui - Chief of Monkeys."The tea has flat, relatively large leaves of a bright green color with red veining and a hairy inner side. As one of the few green teas, this orchid has a quality of taste and aroma. The infusion has a slightly milky consistency and a delicate taste with orchid aftertaste.
