Shou Mei neboli 'Obočí dlouhého věku', lisovaný do malého koláčku.Suchý koláček má intenzivní zeleně-květinovou vůni a sestává z větších, bohatě ochmýřených lístků žlutozelené až světlehnědé barvy, mezi kterými lze nalézt i silné stříbřité tipsy.Nálev je sytě oranžově-žlutavé barvy s typickou vůní a chutí bílých čajů – lehce bylinně květinovou až ovocnou s výrazným aftertastem.

Shou Mei lisovaný spolu s mandarinkovou kůrou do malých 5g cihliček.Velké žlutozelené až světlehnědé, bohatě ochmýřené listy, mezi nimiž lze najít i pár silných tipsů.Nálev je sytě oranžově-žlutavé barvy s typickou vůní a chutí bílých čajů – lehce bylinně květinovou až ovocnou se silnějším aftertastem.Navíc se k chuti i vůni přidává citrusově-svěží charakter mandarinky.

Černý (tmavý) čínský čaj z provincie An-chuej, podobný tradičnímu Lu An Hei Cha, avšak produkovaný i mimo původně vymezené oblasti. Tradičně lisován/pěchován do 500g bambusových košíků (Sun Qiao).Čaj je v košíku vystlán a obalen širokolistým bambusem (Ruo Ye), používaným v tradiční čínské medicíně. Je doporučeno čaj připravovat spolu s malými částmi obalového bambusoveho listu.Nálev jiskřivé, oranžovo-žluté barvy má intenzivní ovocné aroma s jemnou bylinnou stopou. Chuť je osvěžující, plná, sytě ovocná s pozvolně sládnoucím dozvukem.
