It is separated from Taiwan&#8217;s highest mountain, the Yushan, by the Qishan River. The highest peak is Mount Datashan (\u5927 \u5854\u5c71), which has a height of 2663 m.n.m. The famous Taiwanese song &#8216;A Li Shan De Gu Niang&#8217; is about a girl from the A Li Shan Mountains.
