Malý koláč zeleného (sheng) pu-erhu naší produkce pod značkou Orijin.Žlutý nálev jiskřivé barvy a čerstvé vůně s plnou, ovocně nasládlou a svěžě říznou chutí se sládnoucím aftertastem.Čaj má v sobě znatelnou sílu, vydrží mnoho nálevů (můžete jej směle vychutnávat během celého dne) a má slušný potenciál k dalšímu zrání.
Xiao Qing Gan 2009
Xiao Qing Gan - doslova "malá zelená mandarinka". Vyrábí se z nezralých citrusů - po vydlabání dužiny se kůra naplní sypaným tmavým pu-erhem a dále se nechávají zrát společně.Tímto procesem se přenese přírodní aroma a chuť mandarinky na čajové lístky, což čaji dává unikátní osvěžující charakter.Snoubí voňavé ovocné aroma se sladkým čajovým aroma. Nálev je světle-červený, hutný, působí hladce se svěží sladkostí v závěru. Celkově je silnější a bohatší chuti než běžné pu-erhy, neboť v sobě má kombinaci sladkosti, jemné hořkosti a osvěžujícího citrusového aroma.Prodej na váhu, jeden kus = cca 16g
Yunnan Mao Jian 2024
Svěží aromatický zelený čaj z výše položených zahrad hory Wu Liang Shan (1670 m.n.m.). Tmavozelený stejnoměrný list se znatelným podílem stříbřitých tipsů.List svěží vůně se stopou ovoce, nálev jiskřivé žlutozelené barvy, čerstvé silnější chuti s ovocným nádechem a typickou stopou vůně kaštanových květů.Aftertaste v dalších nálevech příjemně sládne a vyniká ovocnou chutí.
Yunnan Bai Mu Dan
„Bílá pivoňka“ – známkou vysoké kvality je přirozený tvar listů, hluboká, lesklá šedozelená barva a velký podíl ‚bai hao‘ – bílých chloupků z tipsů.Barva nálevu je žlutavě-jantarová, vůně květinová. Chuť hladká a zároveň plná, kulatá. Aftertaste dlouhý, příjemně sladký. Čaj stačí luhovat jen krátce, nálevů vydrží mnoho.
Yunnan Da Ye
Yunnan Hong Cha [jun-nan hong ča] - Basic and most common Chinese red tea. In China, all middle-class red teas from Yunnan belong to this group. The only condition is the production of teas from the Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, ie a large-leaved variety of the Yunnan tea tree. The higher the proportion of golden tips, the higher the tea, the smoothness is less welcome - it means a higher drying temperature and thus faster tea production.The color of the infusion is orange-red to light brown, the tea smells like prunes, the taste is full, massive, when properly prepared, it is not bitter at all, aftertaste is significantly sweet to honey. Excellent tea for a great price.
Yunnan Mao Jian 2023
Svěží aromatický zelený čaj z výše položených zahrad na hoře Wu Liang Shan (1670 m.n.m.). Aftertaste v dalších nálevech příjemně sládne a vyniká ovocná chuť.
Dian Hong Gong Fu
Richly tipped red tea from the Simao area in Yunnan province. Infusion of dark orange color, delicate, full flavor with tones of dried apricots and ripe fruit.As with any good Dian Hong tea, you will find sweet tones that can remotely resemble dark chocolate or vanilla. The aroma is distinctly fruity and with each infusion softer and multi-layered.
Yue Guang Bai “White Moonlight”
"White moonlight" - known as 'white pu-erh' - a special green (sheng) pu-erh with a difference in processing, where the leaves are allowed to fade at night after harvest, instead of in the sun, as is usual in maocha. A large proportion of dull silvery, large hairy tips gives the tea an attractive appearance.The color of the infusion is yellowish and smells mostly of herbs with a little fruit. The taste is sweet, very complex and develops with each subsequent infusion, with a bit of bitterness gradually appearing and encouraging the distinctive flavors typical of green (sheng) pu-erhas.
Dian Hong Mao Feng
"Downy tip from Yunnan" - a high grade of red tea from the Meng Hai area.The color of the infusion is orange-red. The aroma is sweet and intense with a typical aroma of dried apricots, malt and forest honey.The taste is full, fruity-malty with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. Pleasantly warming tea.
Wu Liang Shan 2012 Bing Cha 400g
Large shu puer cake pressed from spring 2012 maocha picked on mount Wu Liang.Full and smooth, distinctly sweet with the typical taste profile of Wu Liang Mountain (well known from our own puer production of the same year).Dark red cup with a sweet fruity scent. The taste is significantly sweet, dense and round with a sweetening aftertaste on the palate.
