„Bílá pivoňka“ – známkou vysoké kvality je přirozený tvar listů, hluboká, lesklá šedozelená barva a velký podíl ‚bai hao‘ – bílých chloupků z tipsů.Barva nálevu je žlutavě-jantarová, vůně květinová. Chuť hladká a zároveň plná, kulatá. Aftertaste dlouhý, příjemně sladký. Čaj stačí luhovat jen krátce, nálevů vydrží mnoho.

Yue Guang Bai “White Moonlight”
"White moonlight" - known as 'white pu-erh' - a special green (sheng) pu-erh with a difference in processing, where the leaves are allowed to fade at night after harvest, instead of in the sun, as is usual in maocha. A large proportion of dull silvery, large hairy tips gives the tea an attractive appearance.The color of the infusion is yellowish and smells mostly of herbs with a little fruit. The taste is sweet, very complex and develops with each subsequent infusion, with a bit of bitterness gradually appearing and encouraging the distinctive flavors typical of green (sheng) pu-erhas.
Yunnan Da Ye
Yunnan Hong Cha [jun-nan hong ča] - Basic and most common Chinese red tea. In China, all middle-class red teas from Yunnan belong to this group. The only condition is the production of teas from the Yunnan Da Ye cultivar, ie a large-leaved variety of the Yunnan tea tree. The higher the proportion of golden tips, the higher the tea, the smoothness is less welcome - it means a higher drying temperature and thus faster tea production.The color of the infusion is orange-red to light brown, the tea smells like prunes, the taste is full, massive, when properly prepared, it is not bitter at all, aftertaste is significantly sweet to honey. Excellent tea for a great price.
Maocha 2020
Green (sheng) pu-erh or even better maocha from the southern areas of Yunnan. Large leaves (Da Ye) smell thin and very fresh. Tea has traditionally been dried in the sun, without accelerated modern drying in the oven, and therefore does not contain the slightest hint of unpleasant smoked.The taste is very delicate, sweet and, unlike classic green pu-erhas, it doesn't even have many fruity tones. You will find in it rather light sweetness and freshness, floral tones and long-lasting gentle aftertaste.
Yunnan Mao Jian 2024
Svěží aromatický zelený čaj z výše položených zahrad na hoře Wu Liang Shan (1670 m.n.m.). Tmavozelený stejnoměrný list se znatelným podílem stříbřitých tipsů.List svěží vůně se stopou ovoce, nálev jiskřivé žlutozelené barvy, čerstvé silnější chuti s ovocným nádechem a typickou stopou vůně kaštanových květů. Aftertaste v dalších nálevech příjemně sládne a vyniká ovocná chuť.
Da Xue Shan
Svěží zelený čaj z výše položených zahrad (2000 m n.m.) slavné hory Da Xue Shan . Stejnoměrný volně kroucený list světle až tmavozelné barvy s bílými tipsy.Suchý list květinové vůně s nádechem mladé trávy a lehkou sladkostí připomínající med nebo čerstvé ovoce.Jemná hladká chuť se stopami bambusových výhonků doplněná minerální svěžestí a sladkou dochutí. V nálevu lze nalézt i typické kaštanové tóny a lehkou kořenitost.
Dian Hong Jin Zhen
"Golden Needles" - an excellent variety of red tea from the Meng Hai area of Yunnan Province. The content of "Da Jin Hao" or "big golden tips" is about 60-70%.Richly hairy tips are evenly rolled. The color of the infusion is dark orange-red and remarkably clear. The aroma is more balanced and intense than in the Dian Hong Gong Fu class and you can smell the aroma of dried apricots, forest honey and peaches.The taste is very penetrating & delicate. The tea lasts many infusions, aftertaste persists in the mouth for a long time after drinking. Very good as a warming tea, which makes it especially suitable for drinking in the cold months of the year. For casual tea lovers, it does have euphoric effects.
