Nong Xiang Tie Guan Yin

Nong Xiang Tie Guan Yin je tradičně zpracovaný, tedy na dřevěném uhlí pečený, oolong z provincie Fu-ťien.

Tradiční pečení dodává čaji hlubokou praženou vůni a hladkou bohatou chuť. Tento způsob zpracování odlišuje Nong Xiang Tie Guan Yin od běžných typů Tie Guan Yin posledních let, které často mají lehký květinový charakter.

Tie Guan Yin King

Tie Guan Yin Wang or 'Royal', the upper class of the famous Iron Goddess. This variety has bright green leaves typically loosely rolled up, a floral-orchid aroma and a very delicate and flowery taste, with a long honey-sweet aftertaste.

Da Hong Pao Ji Pin

Processed according to traditional methods completely by hand, dried in a charcoal oven. The dry leaves are relatively small, the same size, the color is green-black, the surface is as shiny as coal.

The tea soup is clear, bright with a deep orange. The aroma and penetration of the tea soup will make you feel as if you have tasted your first cup. The taste is deep and sweet. After brewing a few times, the tea leaves become bigger and greener, and you can see the rich fluff and feel silky. Huang Jin Gui

Huang Zhi Xiang

Rou Gui Ji Pin

Shui Xian Superior

'Narcissus from the Wu Yi Mountains' - one of the most famous cliff (yancha) oolongs. It is made from the cultivar of the same name, which is harvested in late spring.

Tie Guan Yin Superior

"The Iron Goddess of Mercy," or the Bodhisattva Guan Yin. One of the most famous Chinese teas ever.The leaves are relatively thick, juicy and large, the infusion gives a rich green-yellow color. In the traditional Chinese concept, tea has most of what is called the orchid quality of taste & aroma. Basic Tie Guan Yin variety roasted to 25% to achieve a more pronounced and richer taste.

Ya Shi Dao Hua Xiang
